Karolos Potamianos is an Associate Professor and Ernest Rutherford Fellow at the University of Warwick since January 2023, also serving as a Lecturer in Deep Learning for Health at Université Grenoble Alpes. With extensive research experience, Karolos is a key researcher for the ATLAS Collaboration and has been involved with CERN since 2012, contributing to the ATLAS Pixel detector's quality assurance and commissioning. Additionally, Karolos co-founded gluoNNet, aimed at improving decision-making through visual analytics, and serves as Co-President and Co-Founder of THE Port Association. Educational qualifications include a Master in Engineering, Applied Physics from Université libre de Bruxelles, a PhD in Physics from Purdue University, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
