Lisette van Den Boogaard

Lisette Van Den Boogaard is the Deputy Head of the HR Department at CERN, with extensive experience in human resources management and financial coordination. Key roles include leadership in HR Compensation, Benefits and Services, overseeing departmental planning and budget management, and active involvement in training and collaboration agreements with external laboratories. Previously, Lisette held positions with KLM Engineering & Maintenance as HR Manager, restoring employee relations following a strike, and with Stork and Ernst & Young as an HR Officer and Consultant. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and advanced studies in Compensation & Benefits Management from the School of Management Fribourg.
