Juan also worked at Ontop as an Account Executive and later as a Senior Sales Development Representative, where they managed the expansion of new clients, conducted platform demonstrations, prospecting, and set up appointments with decision makers. Before that, they gained experience as a Commercial Executive at Lopez&Sohm Cía Ltda, conducting outbound searches for potential clients, cold calling, brand activations on social media platforms, and improving customer experiences through cross-selling and upselling. Juan David also interned at Promperu as a Foreign Trade & International Business Intern, supporting Peruvian exports, conducting market research and analysis, prospecting companies, and making cold calls with both Peruvian and Colombian companies.
Juan David Medina Villegas completed their undergraduate education from 2015 to 2020 at Universidad del Rosario, where they obtained a degree in International Business Administration.
