Kristin Walsifer

Kristin Walsifer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success and account management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success, Channel at Ceros since April 2018, Kristin has progressed through various leadership roles including Senior Director and Director of Customer Success, Media & Publishing. Prior to Ceros, Kristin worked at XO Group Inc. as an Account Strategist and Lead Account Executive, contributing to The Knot Concierge team. Kristin began their career at Lifebooker as a Marketing Strategist and held account management positions at eMarketer, Inc. and Media People, Inc. Kristin's early experience includes serving as a Legal Assistant and interning at the New York Daily News. Kristin holds a BA in Communications from Manhattan University.
