Michelle Gutierrez has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Michelle started their career at PCS Health Systems in 1997, where they worked as an Account Manager and Resolution Manager for three years. Michelle then joined Cameron and Company Inc. as a Recruiting Manager in 2000. After working there for seven years, they moved to Aetna, where they held various roles including Rx Account Manager, Manager of RX Account Managers, Manager of Pharmacy Client Benefit SMEs, and Pharmacy Benefit SME. In 2016, Michelle joined CVS Health as a Senior Manager before becoming a Senior Advisor for Client Benefits at Aetna. Currently, they are working at CerpassRx as the Director of Operations.

From 1980 to 1982, they attended Arcadia High School and obtained their General Education Development (GED) degree.

In 1983 to 1984, Michelle attended Citrus College, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.

From 1984 to 1985, they attended Mesa Community College in San Diego, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.

Michelle also obtained additional certifications. In June 2004, they became an Arizona state licensed pharmacy technician through the Arizona Board of Pharmacy. Moreover, in November 2000, they received a certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
