Sunita Dube

Sunita Dube is currently the Chief People Officer at Cerrid Solutions. Sunita has over 15 years of experience in various Human Resources roles.

Sunita started their career as a Trade Tax Officer with the State Civil Services in 2001. In 2003, they transitioned to the private sector and joined Crafts n Styles as the Managing Partner. Sunita was responsible for growing the sales of the company in the US market.

In 2005, Sunita joined Inlingua International School of Languages as a Corporate Softskills Trainer and Consultant for IT companies. Sunita was responsible for conducting trainings on Business Language Skills, Communication Skills, E-mail Etiquettes, Presentation Skills, etc. for employees of various IT companies in Bangalore.

In their current role as the Chief People Officer at Cerrid Solutions, they are responsible for leading the HR function and enabling the growth of the organization.

Sunita Dube graduated from Loreto Convent Lucknow and then went on to obtain their Masters from Lucknow University. Sunita also has a degree in UGC- NET Sunita'story from the same school. After that, they pursued their MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Manipal University.
