Nathan Kubicek

Nathan Kubicek is a seasoned professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Cerris since March 2021. Prior to this role, Nathan was the Talent Development Director at Crossland Construction Company, Inc. from May 2008 to March 2021, where Nathan focused on creating effective workforce development programs for various levels of employees. Nathan's career began as a Jr. Technical Writer at Leggett & Platt from May 2007 to May 2008, contributing to the development of training materials and user guides. Nathan also gained experience as the Circulation District Manager for The Joplin Globe from March 2004 to January 2006, managing a team of delivery carriers. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Missouri Southern State University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
