Paul Hodjat

Paul Hodjat serves as the Associate Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Catalyst Clinical Research since January 2023. Previously, Paul held several roles at Premier Research, including Associate Director of Learning and Development and Senior Learning and Development Manager. At Novella Clinical, Paul worked as a Staff Development Trainer II, specializing in leadership development and onboarding. Notable entrepreneurial experience includes owning and managing All Breed Care, recognized as the Best Pet Sitting Service in the Triangle in 2011. Paul has also served in various educational roles, including Director of Training and Education at The Tobin School, where a state-wide teacher conference was successfully coordinated. Paul’s career in education began as an Instructor/Training Consultant at Child Care Circuit, delivering numerous training workshops and establishing a reputation as an expert in early childhood education. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in Secondary Education from Framingham State University.
