Sherri Bryant

Sherri Bryant, AIC-M, AINS, is an experienced corporate claims specialist currently working at Cerris, where responsibilities include reporting and overseeing workers' compensation claims with a focus on ensuring timely and appropriate medical care for injured employees. Prior to joining Cerris in April 2023, Sherri served at Lockton Companies for over 16 years, holding multiple positions including AVP and Claim Project Manager, where oversight of the claims process for a national hospitality client took place. In the role of AVP, Claims Cost Control Consultant, Sherri successfully reduced work comp costs and attorney involvement while enhancing company culture through best-practice post-injury management programs. As Team Lead for Integrated Advocacy Solutions, leadership of a blended team aimed at minimizing the duration and costs associated with work comp claims was demonstrated, and in earlier roles, Sherri facilitated communication between injured employees and various stakeholders to advocate for injured individuals and reduce clients' work comp expenditures.
