Alith Giovanna Barrera Ortega is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational stability, energy efficiency, and safety across various roles in leading companies. Currently serving as the Operational Stability and Energy Efficiency Lead at Cerro Matoso S.A. since September 2022, Alith has achieved significant reductions in electrical and gas consumption and non-planned shutdowns. Previous roles include Safety Lead and CMSA Improvement Specialist at South32, where Alith facilitated cost-saving initiatives and risk management processes.
