Fernando Flórez García

Fernando Flórez García is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cerro Matoso S.A. since May 2020, where Fernando leads cultural transformation and a mentoring program aimed at developing influential leaders. Prior experience includes roles such as Líder de HRBP y Bienestar Integral at Universidad del Norte, where Fernando taught Organizational Psychology, and positions at Lee Hecht Harrison, Quantica BPO, and BÚHO Consultores Organizacionales, focusing on leadership development and organizational change. Fernando has also contributed to employee training at Terminal de Contenedores de Cartagena S.A. and consulted on workforce performance at C&Z Consultores.
