Michelle Papadimitriou

Michelle Papadimitriou is a highly experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as the Research and Development Director at Certa Therapeutics since June 2018 and the Head of Research and Development at OccuRx since November 2017. At Certa Therapeutics, Michelle plays a key role in drug discovery related to fibrotic diseases, overseeing project progress and contributing to strategic planning. At OccuRx, responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets while facilitating regulatory submissions and maintaining partnerships. Previously, Michelle held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at CRTD and a Research Assistant at St Vincent's Institute of Medical Research. Michelle holds a PhD in Immunology and has contributed significantly to research in gene expression and autoimmunity.
