Himanshu Shankar

Himanshu Shankar has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2014. Himanshu started their career as a Software Engineer at Civil Machines Technologies Private Limited (CMT) in 2014, where they worked on the product EventHaat. During their time there, they scaled the product across colleges in India, and became the exclusive media partner for IIT Kharagpur's NSSC in association with ISRO for the year 2016 & 2017. In 2016, they were promoted to Product Ideation & Product Lead for the product 101Lease.com, where they built plug-n-playable management modules that can be customized as per the need of the business process. In 2017, they worked as a Technology Lead for EnsureGST & EnsureTax, products of Ensure Tax Advisory Partners LLP. In the same year, they also started working as a Developer Advocate at 101Loop. In 2019, they joined Certa (getcerta.com) as a Senior Software Engineer - Backend Lead, where they led a distributed team to achieve an SLA of max 200ms on all RESTful APIs of the platform, and achieved a P99 of less than 100ms on multiple endpoints. Himanshu also led the team to build versatile features for NoCode Workflow Engine. In 2017, they also founded Vitartha LLP.

Himanshu Shankar has completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from SRM University between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their XII from Sarla Chopra D. A. V. Public School Noida in 2014, and X from D. A. V. Public School Cantoment Area Gaya in 2012. Himanshu has also obtained a number of certifications, including SoloLearn C++ Tutorial Course, SoloLearn Java Tutorial Certificate, SoloLearn PHP Tutorial Certificate, SoloLearn SQL Tutorial Certificate, and EFSET 72 Proficient (CEFR C2) from EF Education First, all obtained in September 2016.
