Brandon Joffre

Brandon Joffre is an experienced Plant Manager at CertainTeed, overseeing operations since October 2022. As Co-Owner of Joffre Property Management LLC since January 2015, Brandon manages rental property acquisition and operations. Previous roles include Focus Factory Manager at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams in cleanroom and CNC manufacturing, and Production Manager at the same company, managing extensive extrusion operations. Brandon also served as Lead Project Manager for Current, powered by GE, and held positions in production and operations management at Swagelok and UPS, with a notable track record in lean initiatives and SAP implementation. In the U.S. Army, Brandon served in various infantry roles, becoming a Squad Leader and Unit SHARP Program Manager. Brandon holds a Doctor's degree in Business Administration from Liberty University and multiple business degrees from Cleveland State University.
