Jim Leonard

Jim Leonard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jim started their career in 1985 as General Manager/Products Group Manager at Hale Products, Inc., where they managed various product management assignments. In 1995, they became the Director of Customer Service, leading a call center team and modernizing call center operations. In 1998, they joined Hale Products/Idex Corp. as the Director of Planning & Materials, providing leadership in material sourcing and supply chain management. Jim then moved to C&D Technologies, Inc. in 1999 as the Director of Information Technology, overseeing the implementation and integration of corporate ERP systems. Finally, they joined CertainTeed Corporation in 2006, where they held various roles including Manager of RPG Business Support and Director of EPG Business Support. In their role as Director, they managed integrated business systems applications and implemented process change-driven business applications to improve operational, financial, technical, and management information. Most recently, they served as the Director of Gypsum & Ceilings Business Systems.

Jim Leonard received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they attended from 1975 to 1980.
