Kim Lane

Kim Lane has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kim started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Alpha Shirt Company in 1997. Kim then moved on to Interstate Brands Corporation, where they worked as an Assistant Human Resources Manager from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Mortgage Solutions Group as a Human Resources professional. In 2008, they joined Johnson Matthey as a Human Resources Site Lead and held this position until 2018. Following that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Datwyler Sealing Solutions from 2018 to 2019. Kim then joined Penn Color, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Kim is working at CertainTeed, where they have held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager in the Architectural division, and currently as the Human Resources Director for IPG.

Kim Lane has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University. They also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the same university.
