L. Troy Fronzaglio

L. Troy Fronzaglio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. L. Troy has held various leadership roles at CertainTeed, starting from a Plant Manager position in 2011 and progressing to become the Senior Director of Regional Operations. During their tenure, they have managed asphalt roofing manufacturing plants in different locations, overseeing a large workforce and being responsible for multiple facilities. L. Troy has also served as a Board Member for the Erie County Economic Development Corporation. Prior to their work at CertainTeed, Fronzaglio gained experience as a Plant Manager at Marshall Pottery and General Motors, where they held several positions related to plant management and production. L. Troy started their career as an Electrical Supervisor at North Star Steel, where they specialized in electrical maintenance.

L. Troy Fronzaglio attended Youngstown State University from 1986 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. In 2015, they studied at Saint-Gobain and received a Coach degree in Essentials of Leadership. Additionally, in 2014, they completed a Certification of Completion in Operations Management from the Saint-Gobain School of Management.
