Matthew O'Boyle has extensive experience in product management and development within the construction and building materials industry. Currently serving as the New Product Development Manager at CertainTeed since May 2013, Matthew manages the product development pipeline and collaborates cross-functionally to integrate customer feedback into the process. Previous roles at CertainTeed include Product Manager for the Residential Roofing product portfolio, SR. Purchasing Agent for the Solar Division, and Project Engineer II overseeing large-scale capital projects. Matthew's career also includes early experience as an Environmental, Health, & Safety Site Manager and an internship at Saint-Gobain. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, along with minors in Watershed and Water Resource Management, and Environmental Engineering from Penn State University.
