Mike Burgoyne

Mike Burgoyne has extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Industry 4.0 Integration Manager at CertainTeed since January 2016. Previous roles at CertainTeed include Plant Manager, Production Manager, Line Performance Manager, and Senior Process Engineer. Prior to CertainTeed, Mike held the position of Technical Manager at Canexus for nearly 14 years, where responsibilities included plant capital planning, ISO quality system oversight, and personnel supervision. Mike’s expertise encompasses production optimization, safety management, and continuous improvement projects, supported by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering and Honours Chemistry from The University of British Columbia.
