Richard Moreau

Rich is a Managing Director of Certares. Prior to joining Certares, he was a Partner at Verus Investment Partners (“Verus”), a middle market private equity firm. Prior to joining Verus, he served as President of CRN Wireless (“CRN”), a national provider of monitoring and alarm communications services. Prior to joining CRN, he worked for ten years at Harvest Partners, focusing on investments in the consumer, business services and manufacturing sectors. Rich serves on the Board of Directors of Getaway and Guardian Alarm.

Rich received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University, where he double majored in Economics and Russia and East European Studies.
