Maarten Vlielander

Maarten Vlielander is the owner of De Verbetercirkel since 2020, specializing in enhancing (digital) services for organizations to increase value for customers and job satisfaction for employees, leveraging 25 years of experience at the intersection of business and information provision. Maarten currently serves as a program manager at Certe, focusing on the centralization of the Medical Microbiology division, and as an associate partner at Common Senses. Various previous roles include project leadership and advisory positions at multiple organizations, emphasizing the implementation of Lean principles in digital service delivery. Maarten holds a Master's Degree in Digital Communication from the University of Groningen and is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
