Jeff Gilleland

Jeff Gilleland has over 13 years of experience in the business world. Jeff began their career in 2006 as a Special Projects Manager for Opportunity International China where they developed and wrote loan procedure manual, created metrics system to extract and track key data points for the core loan business, and served as interface for reporting and maintenance of donor relations and communications. In 2007, they moved to FTI Consulting as a Consultant where they created financial reports in Oracle database from original data sources across various industries including Health Care, Aluminum Extrusion, Real Estate, and Retail. Jeff also helped assemble filings for Chapter 11 proceedings. In 2009, they joined Alvarez & Marsal as an Analyst where they managed database of 65 thousand claims to create weekly reports of key data points to reflect multiple facets of restructuring process, and reconciled claims on substantive and non-substantive basis. In 2011, they co-founded d-DOT and worked with co-founders to manage creation of healthcare software product. Jeff designed workflow, defined functionality, and conceptually outlined product for each type of user. Jeff also worked with developers, web designers, and other key stakeholders to successfully create clinical web application. In 2013, they became the CEO of CerteDrive.

Jeff Gilleland obtained their Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Indiana University Bloomington in 2006. Jeff then went on to pursue a Master's in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, which they completed in 2012.
