Gerome Resurreccion began their work experience in 2015 as a Call Center Representative at Sky. Gerome then worked as a Call Center Supervisor at AKINIKA DEBT RECOVERY LIMITED for a brief period before joining EOS Solutions UK Plc in 2016 as a Manager/Dialler Manager. In this role, they managed the dialler system, agents, and data system, and created system strategies. Gerome also evaluated department collections, monitored agent performance, and handled calls from field collectors. In 2018, Gerome joined Certero as a Business Support Coordinator, where they contributed to the development and delivery of enterprise-level solutions for IT asset management.

Gerome Resurreccion pursued their education at Lancaster University from 2013 to 2017. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Information Technology.
