John Costello

John Costello has worked in a variety of roles in the IT field since 2001. John began their career as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. In 2005, they moved to Elan Financial Services as a Project Manager 1. From 2017-2018, they worked as a Process Analyst and Service Desk I at Pomeroy. John then moved to Getronics as a Process Analyst in 2018. In 2019, they took on the role of Deskside Support Specialist II at 84 Lumber. In 2020, they became an Information Technology Administrator at Mondi Group. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at Insight Global and a Data Center Operator at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. Currently, they are employed as a Network Operations Center Technician at Reed Smith LLP and a Network Engineer at Certes Networks.

John Costello is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Data Assurance at Western Governors University. Prior to this, they attended ITT Technical Institute-Pittsburgh from 2005 to 2007, studying Network Engineering and Administration. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including CompTIA Project+ Certification in November 2022, ITIL 4 Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2022, and CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in August 2022.
