Venugopal Thachappilly

Venugopal Thachappilly has worked in the tech industry for over two decades. From 1999 to 2001, they were a contractor at Sprint. After that, they worked as a Consultant at American International Group from 2001 to 2003. Venugopal then moved to Islet Systems, where they were a Systems Architect from 2003 to 2006. After that, they joined IBS Software Services as a Senior Systems Architect from 2006 to 2010. Venugopal then moved to ECI Telecom, where they were a Software Group Manager and Lead Engineer from 2010 to 2013. Finally, they joined Certes Networks, where they have held the roles of Director of Engineering, Senior Technical Manager, and Principal Software Engineer since 2013.

Venugopal Thachappilly began their education in 1989, when they enrolled in Government Engineering College, Thrissur, and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science and Engineering in 1993. Venugopal then went on to pursue a Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, which they completed in 1996.
