Nadav Vansover

Nadav Vansover is a seasoned engineering leader with a diverse background in hardware and software design, as well as product management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Workiva since September 2024 and the Founder and CEO of Analog Guardians since June 2023, Nadav specializes in 3D prototyping, PCB design, and sales and marketing. Previously, Nadav held key positions at Meta as an Engineering Leader, focusing on video infrastructure for Instagram and Facebook, and at Zenfolio, Inc. as VP of Engineering, enhancing media management for professionals. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Engineering at Mercatus, Inc., developing portfolio analysis for renewable energy investors. Nadav holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
