Tim Miller

Tim Miller has extensive work experience in various roles within the TUV Rheinland Group, an international technology services provider. Tim started their career at TUV Rheinland Australia Pty. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager from January 2010 to June 2011. Tim then joined TUV Rheinland Middle East FZE, where they served as a Business Development Manager from July 2011 to July 2012, and later as Deputy General Manager from January 2012 to February 2013.

Tim's career progression continued at TUV Rheinland Group, where they held multiple roles. Tim served as the Global Head of Supply Chain Security Services from August 2008 to February 2013, responsible for developing and implementing ISO 28000 and other supply chain security services worldwide. Tim also worked as an Assistant Manager for Life Cycle Management from December 2005 to November 2009.

In 2012, Tim joined TUV Rheinland India Pvt Limited, initially as the Regional Director IMEA - Business Stream Systems Certification from November 2012 to March 2016. Tim then took on the role of Vice President at TUV Rheinland India Pvt Limited from March 2013 to March 2016. During this time, they had strategic development and profit and loss responsibility for the Business Stream Academy & Life Care, overseeing a team of 50 individuals and indirectly managing over 500.

In 2016, Tim transitioned to TUV Rheinland Group, where they served as Vice President with responsibilities for global development of the Business Stream Academy & Life Care from March 2016 to November 2017. Tim focused on the strategic development of training and consultancy solutions aligned with the digitalization of the training landscape. Subsequently, they became the Vice President - Global Field Coordinator - Training and HR Development from October 2017 to January 2020, with a focus on implementing digital learning solutions across 25 countries.

Tim's most recent experience includes co-founding Certif-ID in April 2019, where they currently hold the position of Co-Founder and Managing Director. Additionally, they co-founded TalentSure in July 2022, which is a product of Certif-ID International GmbH. TalentSure uses blockchain and AI matching technology to support companies in sourcing and developing talent in technical professions.

Tim Miller completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and International Development from the University of Bath from 2002 to 2005. Prior to their university education, Tim attended the Yokohama International School from 1996 to 2001 and the American School of Bombay from 1994 to 1997. Tim also holds certifications such as Certif-ID Product Expert from Certif-ID International GmbH, obtained in November 2021, and the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification from IRCA Global.
