Natalya Mytareva

Natalya Mytareva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of language services and interpreter certification. Currently serving as the NCCA Administrative Commissioner at the Institute for Credentialing Excellence since January 2021, Natalya has also held various leadership roles at the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI) since September 2009, including Executive Director and Chair, coordinating efforts to develop a national certification program for healthcare interpreters. Previous positions include Assistant Executive Director of Refugee Services and Communications Programs Director at the International Institute of Akron, Inc., where Natalya oversaw the delivery of resettlement services and managed interpretation and training programs. Natalya’s academic background includes a Combined BA/MA in Philology and Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Volgograd State University in Russia.
