Austin Zahrt has worked in the banking industry since 2012. Austin began their career as a Bank Teller at ChoiceOne Bank, where they were responsible for receiving checks and cash for deposit, verifying amounts, and checking accuracy of deposit slips. Austin also assisted customers by providing information and resolving their complaints, as well as managed cash control practices accordingly.

In 2014, Austin moved to Huntington National Bank, where they held two roles. As a Relationship Banker II, they utilized campaigns and marketing resources to generate over $3 million worth of personal lending sales in less than a year. Austin also headed a district wide lending focus group to teach effective sales techniques that assisted struggling branches to build lending pipelines, and achieved over 100% YTD revenue share goal every year with the company. As a Personal Banker I, they led an inexperienced team to finish first in the district for customer service and sales three consecutive months, without management. Austin was also recognized as a top performer by the Senior Vice President, and contacted clients periodically to determine any changes in their financial status.

In 2016, Austin became a Small Business Owner at High Leisure Company, where they facilitated promotional events from start to finish by incorporating clear communication and creative marketing. Austin also organized and/or assisted with charitable activities, and maintained scheduling and event calendars.

Most recently, Austin has been working as a Strategic Account Executive and Business Development Manager at CertifID since 2019.

Austin Zahrt attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies in Marketing.
