Brent Eichar has extensive experience in operations, finance, and brand assurance. Brent currently holds the position of Senior Executive Vice President at Certified Angus Beef LLC, where they oversee all day-to-day operations and resources of the company. Brent has been with the company since 1987 and has held various roles, including Senior Vice President and Assistant Executive Director. Prior to joining Certified Angus Beef LLC, Brent worked as a Meat Cutter at OSU Meat Laboratory and as a Sales Representative at Bluefield Beverage Co. Brent also gained experience as a Quality Control Technician at Ohio Packing Company.

Brent Eichar pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University between 1983 and 1987.
