Bryan Schaaf

Bryan Schaaf has extensive experience in public relations and communications, currently serving as Chef Liaison at Certified Angus Beef LLC since June 2010. In addition to this role, Bryan has been a soccer coach for Ohio Strikers United since March 2006 and previously coached at Northwestern High School from April 2007 to November 2019. Bryan also has a background in journalism, having worked as a freelance writer for Alonovus - Graphic Publications, Inc. from January 2015 to January 2018 and as a sports writer for The Daily Record from July 2002 to April 2011, covering high school, college, and professional sports in Northeast Ohio. Bryan's early career included an on-air personality position at WQKT/WKVX Wooster radio from March 2002 to October 2004. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Communication and Journalism from Ashland University in 2002.
