Anthony Lambatos serves as the Co-Owner of Footers Catering, a role held since 2004. In 2019, Anthony co-founded MIBE, which focuses on enhancing the hospitality industry through education on intentional culture building and heart leadership. Additionally, Anthony holds the position of Senior Consultant at Certified Catering Consultants since 2015. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Internship at the University of Oregon Athletic Department and a Premium Seat Internship at the Denver Broncos Football Club in 2003. Anthony is a graduate of the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, having earned a BA in Business, Economics from 2004.
