Currently serving as Membership Engagement Manager at the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), Jennifer previously held roles including Manager of Meetings and Technology at the Southern Association of Orthodontists, Associate Project Manager at Quintiles, and Programs & Services Manager at the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals.
