Tony Johnson, CCXP, is a seasoned professional in customer experience and employee engagement with a diverse background spanning various leadership roles. As the Founder and Principal of Ignite Your Service Training and Consulting since August 2014, Tony focuses on enhancing customer experience and employee engagement through training and coaching. Additionally, as a Customer Experience Officer at 4xi Global Consulting & Solutions, strategic initiatives are implemented to improve organizations' business processes and sales acumen. Tony is actively involved with the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as a leadership team member, contributing to the growth and development of the Florida network. With a history at Aramark, Tony held multiple significant roles, including Customer Experience Officer and Director of Service Excellence, where comprehensive training programs were established. Tony serves as a Volunteer Advisor for the Florida SBDC at UCF Advisory Board Council, committed to supporting small business success. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Political Science from Ball State University.
