Mary L. Recine

Mary L. Recine, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served in various HR roles since 1988. Currently a Human Resources Generalist at Certified Laboratories, Inc. since August 2017, Mary is responsible for the development and implementation of HR programs aligned with the company's mission and values. Prior to this position, Mary worked at E&I Cooperative Services, contributing to benefits administration, full cycle recruitment, compensation analysis, and HRIS implementation. Experience includes significant roles at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, American Home Mortgage, and JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll processes. Educational achievements include a PHR Certificate in Human Resources Management from St. Joseph's College and additional certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
