Rachel Rodolph

Rachel Rodolph has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple years. Rachel is currently the Chief Performance Officer at Certified Source Performance Group, a role they assumed in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Manager for the same company from November 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining Certified Source Performance Group, Rachel served as a Mulit Branch Manager for PeopleReady at TrueBlue Inc. for four years, starting in October 2015 and ending in November 2019.

Rachel also worked as a Retail Manager at Cracker Barrel from August 2010 to October 2015. Earlier in their career, Rachel worked as a Senior Staffing Specialist at The Adecco Group from October 2007 to August 2010.

Rachel's managerial experience also includes working as a Retail Manager at both Cracker Barrel and Bath & Body Works. Rachel was a Retail Manager at Cracker Barrel from September 2005 to September 2007, and prior to that, they held the same role at Bath & Body Works from October 2004 to September 2005.

Rachel Rodolph earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Northeastern State University, where they attended from 1998 to 2003.
