Stephen Graves has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stephen is currently the founder and CEO of CertifiedTrue, a B2B SaaS company focused on image fraud prevention. Prior to this role, Stephen served as the Data and Technology Advisory Chair at Gotham Government Relations & Communications. Stephen also worked as a Principal Consultant at Bank of China, where they led digital transformation and risk management initiatives. Additionally, Stephen held the position of Director of Global Business Operations at CA Technologies, overseeing operational improvements and strategic initiatives. Stephen has experience in corporate reorganization and web development as a Managing Consultant at Olorin Consulting. Stephen has also served as an Investment Advisor and Senior Project Manager at the Pakistan Board of Investment and the City of New York, respectively. Stephen worked as an Advisor to the former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, and as an Advisor for US Policy and Relations to former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto. Earlier in their career, Stephen was the President of Bio Nutrition Research Labs, where they led research, ecommerce development, and product distribution.

Stephen Graves has a diverse education history. In 1985, they attended Baylor School for an unspecified field of study. Stephen then pursued Business Administration and Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1987 to 1990. In 1997, Stephen received a Professional Certificate in Capital Markets from the New York Institute of Finance. Later, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Heriot-Watt University in 2002.

Stephen also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1996, they became a Commodities Pool Operator and a Commodities Trading Advisor, both through the National Futures Association. Additionally, they passed the National Commodity Futures Examination (Series 3 Exam) administered by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the same year.

In 1998, Stephen achieved the Chartered Market Technician designation for Levels I & II from the Market Technicians Association, Inc. Moving forward, in 2013, they obtained various certifications, including CloudU Certification from Rackspace, the Open Cloud Company, ITIL 2011 Foundation from APMG-International, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.

Lastly, in 2015, Stephen became a Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) through Scaled Agile, Inc.
