Mohammed Noorulla Sameer,ITIL®

Mohammed Noorulla Sameer has a strong background in ITIL®, with a focus on project management and application support. Mohammed Noorulla began their career in 2006 as an ERP Support Engineer at Mindscape Computing Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. In 2007, they joined MModal Global Services Pvt Ltd as an Application Support Engineer, where they were responsible for incident management, coordination with various teams, and ensuring incidents were resolved within SLAs. Mohammed Noorulla also worked as a Senior Engineer at MModal Global Services, where they focused on testing and validation of complex projects and improvements in specification and design documents. Most recently, Sameer worked at CERTIFY Global as an Azure DevOps Manager, responsible for managing the DevOps team and overseeing operations. Mohammed Noorulla Sameer, ITIL® has a degree in Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) from Dr. C. V. Raman University in Kota Bilaspur. Mohammed Noorulla completed their BCA from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Instrumentation Technology from SJ (GOVT) POLYTECHNIC in Bangalore from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, in September 2013, they obtained an ITIL® Foundation certification from EXIN.
