Leann Fletcher

Leann Fletcher has a robust background in customer success and analytics, holding various leadership roles including Vice President of Client Success at Certify and Vice President of Customer Success at Sword Health, where responsibilities escalated from Senior Director to Director. Previous positions include Director of Customer Success at Artemis Health, and roles focused on analytics and strategy at Health Plans, Inc. and Cotiviti. Leann holds a Master’s degree in Health Informatics and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business, both from Anna Maria College.
