Jolke Roozen

Jolke Roozen is an accomplished HR consultant, educator, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in human capital development and training. As the founder and HR (Tech) consultant at Unfurl since January 2014, Jolke specializes in optimizing organizational efficiency through the integration of technology and employee engagement. Since April 2015, Jolke has also served as a lecturer at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, teaching selection psychology and coaching skills. Additionally, Jolke founded Ga Gesmeerd in June 2016, focusing on team and organizational development through cycling, and has held roles such as Training Manager at Certin credit management and founder of Solliciteer Samen, a coaching and training company. Jolke's diverse educational background includes multiple master's degrees in Training and Development and Work & Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, alongside a solid foundation in psychology from the same institution and secondary education from Stedelijk Gymnasium Haarlem.
