Brianne Pilotti

Brianne Pilotti currently serves as the Knowledge and Learning Manager at Certinia since September 2022. With a strong background in animal welfare, Brianne has been the Rescue Director for Wilmington and Development Coordinator at ST. Furever Freedom Animal Rescue since May 2013, where significant achievements include creating the organization’s website, managing adoption paperwork, and securing partnerships with other animal businesses. Prior experience includes roles at nCino, Inc. as an Associate Knowledge Manager and Senior Knowledge Platform Manager, and at The Children's Museum of Wilmington as a Grant Writer and Coordinator, where Brianne successfully exceeded fundraising goals. Brianne's earlier career includes positions at Kohl's and Walgreens, highlighting a commitment to customer service and community engagement. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
