Bianca Simjouw

Bianca Simjouw has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bianca currently holds the position of Global HR Director at Certis Belchim, a role they began in April 2022. Additionally, they work as the HR Director for Europe at Certis Belchim since June 2020.

Prior to their role at Certis Belchim, Bianca worked at CurTec International as the HR Director from January 2013 to June 2020. As a member of the management team, they were responsible for the company's global HR strategy, policy, and execution.

Before joining CurTec International, Bianca held various positions at Amarant, starting as Head of HR from June 2009 to December 2012, and later transitioning to Manager Company Healthcare from October 2010 to December 2012.

Earlier in their career, Bianca served as the Head of HR at Kinderstad from August 2006 to June 2009.

Prior to Kinderstad, they worked as a Team Manager at CWI from May 2000 to August 2006, and as an Advisor at Arbeidsvoorziening from May 1997 to May 2000.

Bianca Simjouw's education history includes studying Industrial Engineering & Management at Eindhoven University of Technology from 1992 to 1993. Bianca then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel & Organization at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1997. Bianca also completed their gymnasium education at Odulphus from 1986 to 1992. In addition, they obtained a certified trainer qualification in Crucial Accountability, Crucial Conversations & Influence from Vital Smarts from 2015 to 2020. Bianca further enhanced their knowledge in Human Resources Development, acquiring assessor certifications in GIA, PPA & TEIQ from Thomas International between 2014 and 2016. Bianca completed a Certificate program in Strategic Management at TIAS School for Business and Society in 2010.
