Alina Briantseva

Alina Briantseva has a robust background in human resources, starting as an HR Manager/IT Recruiter at Dreamscape Networks Inc. in 2014. Alina then moved on to PreciseQ in 2015, where they continued in a similar role with added responsibilities. Later, they joined Enkonix in 2017 as an HR Manager/IT Recruiter before transitioning to LotusFlare in 2019. At LotusFlare, Alina held several HR roles, including HR Generalist, HR/Recruitment Lead Ukraine, and HR North America, ultimately becoming the People Operations Lead in December 2022. Throughout their career, Alina has been instrumental in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations.

Alina Briantseva completed their Master's degree in the Faculty of Foreign Languages (English, German) at Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky State 'G.S. Skovoroda' University from 2010 to 2015. In 2023, they continued their education by studying Leadership Principles at Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, they received certifications in Human Resources Generalist from Mike Pritula Academy in 2020, Negotiations in IT Recruitment from VP Team in 2019, and IT Recruiting from Achievement House in 2016.
