Raffaella Pippa has extensive work experience in the field of molecular and cellular research, with a focus on oncology. Raffaella is currently working as a Principal Scientist at Certis Oncology Solutions, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to that, they held positions as a Senior Scientist and Scientist at Biosplice Therapeutics from October 2020 to May 2022, and as an Experienced Molecular and Cellular Researcher at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute from March 2020 to October 2020.
In addition, Raffaella has worked as a Research Instructor at Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center - Jefferson Health from December 2017 to March 2020, and as a Senior Post-Doctoral Fellow at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from January 2017 to March 2020. Raffaella also worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant at the University of Dundee from February 2015 to January 2017.
Furthermore, Raffaella has valuable experience as a Post-Doc at Centro de Investigacion Biomedica Aplicada (CIMA) from November 2011 to January 2015. During their time at CIMA, they conducted studies on the transcriptional regulation of the SET oncogene, the molecular mechanism of Protein Phosphatase 2A (PP2A) activating drugs in leukemia, and the mechanism of OP449 in acute and chronic leukemia.

Raffaella Pippa attended Universitá degli Studi di Parma from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology. In 2007, they attended Universitat de Barcelona and received a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology.
