Yura Sherman

Yura Sherman has extensive work experience, starting in 2006 with M-Systems/Sandisk as a Presale Engineer. In this role, they provided pre-sale support and demo features developing for a secure authentication product, as well as training resellers. In 2007, they moved to Radware as a RT/Software Engineer. In 2008, they joined Jungo as a Technical Presale Engineer, providing technical support for the sales operation, product demonstrations to major telecom providers, and on-site integrations at clients' sites. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at an undisclosed internet company as a Technical Marketing Manager, creating and managing the company's affiliate program and Wordpress website. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at SaferVPN as a Web Developer and Growth Marketer. In 2019, they moved to VeganNation as a Full Stack Engineer, connecting an innovative hybrid payment system to the Ethereum blockchain. Finally, in 2021 they worked as a DeFi researcher and in 2022 they began working at Certora as a Security Engineer, comprehending complex financial systems written in Solidity code, mathematically formalizing interesting properties of DeFi, and writing public reports describing the verified properties.

Yura Sherman attended Leyada high school, followed by The Hebrew University of Jerusalem where they obtained a B.Sc in Computer Science in 2004. Yura also holds certifications from Udemy, including an Ethereum Developer Masterclass obtained in October 2018, and an Ethereum and Solidity certification obtained in May 2018.
