Natalia Butnaru

Natalia Butnaru is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law. Currently serving as Legal Manager and Legal Counsel at certSIGN since January 2012, Natalia has also held the position of Deputy Legal Director and Senior Legal Advisor at UTI GRUP since February 2011. Previous roles include Senior Legal Advisor at Orange Romania SA from August 2009 to February 2011 and in-house lawyer at Tuborg Romania from June 2005 to July 2009. Natalia Butnaru earned a degree from the University of Bucharest from 1992 to 1996.
