Razvan Petrescu

Razvan Petrescu serves as Chairman of the Board at UTI Holdings BV Netherlands since November 2015 and has been President of the Board of Directors at UTI GRUP since March 2006, where additional roles have included Head of the Legal Department and Head of the Litigation Office. Razvan holds a board position at certSIGN and provides legal advisory services for Defense Engineering SRL. Previous roles include President of the Board at Netcity Telecom and various legal positions at Athenaeum Group SA and Athenaeum Construct SA.
