Sam Milligan

Sam Milligan is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a strong background in overseeing organizational functions and people operations. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Certus since December 2021, Sam has held various leadership roles, including Director of People Operations and Total Rewards at Certus, Human Resources Director at TPC Training, and Human Resources Consultant at The Dry Cleaning Factory. Previous experience includes significant roles at HandCut Foods, SAGE Dining Services, and JY Foods, among others, demonstrating expertise in operational management, training, and developing programs for diverse workforces. Sam Milligan holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and further culinary arts education from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
