Prior roles include Senior Director of Learning, Quality & Operational Effectiveness at Vita Health, where significant operational improvements and quality programs were established. Betsy also has a strong background in learning solutions, having led initiatives at the Constructive Dialogue Institute and TCF Bank. With expertise in instructional design and consulting, Betsy has developed tailored learning solutions for diverse clients, including high-profile organizations. Betsy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Humanities from Northwest Missouri State University.
