Tom Francis

Tom Francis is a Senior Sales Manager at Cervion Systems since May 2021, bringing extensive experience in both sales and coaching. As an Assistant Baseball Coach at Arizona Christian University since August 2013, Tom focuses on outfielders and hitting while also serving as Head JV coach and coordinator. Previously, Tom held the position of Vice President at Copperstate Restaurant Technologies from July 1986 to July 2022. Tom also contributed to Scottsdale Christian Academy as an Assistant Baseball Coach from January 2008 to May 2013. Tom's baseball career includes playing as a Minor League player for the San Francisco Giants and San Diego Padres, earning recognition as a California League All-Star Outfielder and a notable batting title contender in the Florida State League. Tom graduated from The University of New Mexico's Robert O. Anderson School of Management from 1979 to 1982.
